Pretty In Pink Grapefruit Rosemary Fizz: 1 oz grapefruit juice, 6 oz sparkling wine, sprig of rosemary. Serve in champagne flute or martini glass.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini: 1 oz strawberry pure, 2 oz vanilla vodka, 2 oz milk chocolate Liqueur. Shake until frothy. Serve in martini glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry.
The Lavolini: 1½ oz. passion fruit purée, ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur, ¼ oz blood orange liqueur, 4 oz sparkling wine. Serve in champagne flute. Garnish with orange twist.
