Marc knows the importance of catering when it comes to planning weddings and events. He graduated from the Illinois Institute of Art and began his career as the Chef de Cuisine for Taste America Catering where he worked for 7 years.
As the former Executive Chef for The Tasting Room, Marc has been in the restaurant and catering industry for over 19 years. This experience has led to extensive knowledge that he now applies towards catering and vendor consultations with clients.
When Marc isn’t meeting with clients or running from venue to venue, he is an avid woodworker and ice sculptor.
